In-app support: Signed-in parents can also raise bug reports, feedback, billing or feature requests from the Support section of the Parent Dashboard. Our team replies inside the app and you can mark the conversation as resolved once your issue is addressed.
We are a fully online product — all other support is handled via email. For the fastest resolution, please include:
- Your registered email address.
- A brief description of the issue or request.
- Any relevant screenshots or order IDs (for billing queries).
🗑️ Data Deletion Requests
You have the right to request complete deletion of your account and all associated child profiles at any time. To do so:
- Email us at hello@preschoolio.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
- Include your registered email address in the message.
- We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Note: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Any active subscription must be cancelled separately via Google Play or by emailing us.

- Subscription / Cancellation: If you purchased via Google Play, manage or cancel in Google Play under "Subscriptions." If you purchased via our website (Razorpay), email us to cancel.
- Refunds: For refund requests on annual plans within 5 days of purchase, email us. Monthly plans are non-refundable for the current period.
- Lost Progress: Progress is tied to your parent account. Log in with the same email to restore it. If issues persist, email us.
- App Not Loading: Ensure you have a stable internet connection and the latest version of the app installed.
- Forgot Password: Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to reset via email.
- Child Profile Issues: Manage child profiles from the Parent Dashboard after logging in.
